AI and the human being

AI is a total freedom of logics. It can perfectly describe everything logical. But it lacks something that humans have.

We tend to view robots aspiring to be a human beings. But they lack this very basic awareness and spontaneity, which makes us humans. Which can not be constructed or totally described logically in any way.

As our emotions rise from inside, we "create" thoughts. We take actions which change us, creating new emotions. So we rolling through the life. Experiencing things. AI can imitate emotions very good. It can imitate arts. But the key word here is imitation. Not the creation.

And what is creation? Who creates the emotion? Looks like something that we keep in control. But do we? Certainly we can recognise an emotion. But it is not that we create it exactly by the description we had in the pocket. We can make an uplifting video and watch it to be uplifted. But we still call the emotion instead of creating it from scratch. Some things are out of our control.

Just like AI we can relate different things in the world, making a picture of ourselves. But we do not stop at "I am something". Almost like we have an indefinite way inside. Sometimes we fall in this well and recognise the thought or emotion being just a cloud passing by. Trying to enjoy the life as it is, without describing things. Can AI have the same perspective?

Our mind will say that we fail in front of AI, but it is the logical mind being defeated, not the nature at the bottom. By accepting AI it becomes an extension of our beings. Just like the smart phone. However this thing is flying so high that it can fall hard as well. That being said we learn by mistakes. Such an integration could not be ideal. There is a fear among people of things going wrong. But there is no way to stop the hungry mind. Let it go or focus entirely. You are not the mind after all.
