Evening meeting

I came to Struga by bus from Ohrid. It was dark already. The sky is full of clouds. People moving back and forth across the bridge. A mass of water flowing strongly underneath. Little rainy. I went to the Kingston bar to drink some coffee. I was not sure to go there, because there might be a lot of people drinking. But something changed this time of year. No loud music from bars on the streets anymore. Not many people walking around. Violet lights are still illuminating the water on the sides of the river. Adding a unique atmosphere to the place as always.

I came to the bar. There was only a girl and a guy working inside and no one else. I opened my notebook and started to search plane tickets. Moody dub rolled out of the sound system. I meditated on my possibilities. Then a guy came to the bar in an autumn jacket. I knew him. We used to have some fun back in summer around his art studio. So I greeted him. He was not very surprised. So do me. He was upset about something last night at the bar. Seems that they were drinking a lot. And the memory was lost. We sat near the table and talked about that. It seems that he yelled at someone last night. And was not happy about self behaviour at all.

I asked about hostels and possible places of living. He kindly offered me to stay at his art studio. I gladly agreed. So we finished the coffee and went to the studio. It was filled with beer bottles and an afterparty mess. There were also some new paintings that I have not seen before. I was quite happy to be at the place. Just tired little bit so I dropped to sleep at the second floor. Crazy synth and drums music flying out of the next compartment. The guys were practicing, coming out and laughing all the time. And then back playing those compositions again and again. At some point I passed out.

The next day I washed the floor to make it more cozy. The place is very comfortable indeed. I was able to practice some music. There is a water source to brush teeth. A toilet on the first level of the bazaar. I felt like I have everything to stay at the place for 10 days or so. Have to leave Macedonia after this anyway. So I discussed this with Milko. Luckily we agreed that I help him with the rent and stay.

I also owed money someone. That bothered me for a long time. So I decided to finish with this. Before coming back to the plane tickets. I made some transactions with my phone. Sent WU. And went on to the Kingston to finish some other transactions with a cup of coffee.

There were people inside. Not many. I sat down like before. May be it was even the same time. Music was a bit more positive. An uplifting emo in place of a moody dub. Then a guy came to the bar in an autumn coat. I knew him. We used to have some fun back in summer around his art studio. We sat down outside at the same table and chairs. Nothing bad happened last night. He talked to someone he used to yell at. And they were fine. No inner conflict. So we just finished the coffee and went to the studio.
