I've visited a 2 days silent retreat. It was at my friend's place somewhere in the forest near Çaçak, Serbia. I've never been there, and never attended any meditation retreat. So I haven't expected anything, rather than spending some time in silence

There is a huge painting on the wall in the hostel I'm volunteering at. My friend, who was also volunteering here a long time ago. He told me a story about the painting. He said that initially it was a face on the top, and a big bottle
Busking in Belgrade
I personally found busking in Belgrade little bit hard. I don’t know why. First time I tried almost at night. And there were only a few people on the street. A couple of people dropped like 120 denars.

Another hostel in Belgrade
There is a hostel in Belgrade called «Fair & Square». My friend said, the are looking for a volunteer. So I came. It is an interesting place.
This hostel is a bit far from the center. Although it is reachable by bus 65. Takes around 20 minutes to get there.

As we went to Serbia, the cold image of the city I had in my mind clashed with the reality.
First of all it’s really warm those days in February. Can be +15C with the sun. I used to sit on the grass in the Kalemegdan park being barefoot
